Who we are
StaycationPro is operated by ProHubApps ("we", "us"). StaycationPro lets guests find and request bookings for staycation properties in the Philippines, and lets property owners ("hosts") list their places and accept or decline those requests.

Information we collect
We only collect what the app needs to work:

Your password is handled by our authentication provider and is stored only in a hashed form; we cannot see it. We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or payment card details. The app does not process payments — any payment for a stay is arranged directly between the guest and the host.
Device permissions
The Android app asks for access to your camera or photos only when a host chooses to upload a photo of their place. Only the photo you pick is uploaded. You can deny these permissions and still use every other part of the app.
Who can see your information
- Hosts can see the name, mobile number, booking details and message of guests who request their places.
- Guests can see the details of listings, including photos, and the name and mobile number of the host for places they have booked.
- Listing photos are stored at public web addresses so they can be displayed in the app. Anyone who has a photo's link can view it, so don't include personal information in property photos.
- Your email address is never shown to other users.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. The app contains no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking tools.
Service providers
We rely on these companies to run StaycationPro. They process data only on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments:
- Supabase — database, user accounts and sign-in, and photo storage. This is where your account, listings and bookings are stored.
- Vercel — hosts this website and the web version of the app.
- Google Fonts — provides the typeface used by the website and web app. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address.
- Google Play — distributes the Android app, under Google's own privacy policy.
These providers may store or process data on servers outside the Philippines. Where they do, we rely on their contractual and security safeguards to protect it.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
How we protect your information
All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Database access rules ensure each person can only read and change the records they are allowed to — for example, a host can only see bookings for their own listings, and only the host can accept or decline them. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of a breach as required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, listings, uploaded photos and bookings are permanently deleted. Copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before they are overwritten.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal data is processed;
- access a copy of your personal data;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- object to processing, or have your data erased or blocked;
- receive your data in a portable format; and
- file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
To use any of these rights, email staycation@prohubapps.com from the email address on your account. To delete your account, follow the steps on our account deletion page.
Children
StaycationPro is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and let you know in the app if the changes are significant.
