What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details (name, email address, mobile number and password)
- All places you listed as a host, including their uploaded photos
- All your bookings — trips you requested as a guest, and reservations made for your places as a host
- Any messages you included with booking requests
What we keep, and for how long
- Deletion happens immediately once you confirm. Copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before they are automatically overwritten.
- Server security logs, which may contain your IP address, are kept by our hosting providers for a limited period and then deleted.
- We may keep information for longer only if the law requires it, for example to resolve a dispute or respond to a legal request.
Only want to remove some data?
Hosts can delete a single listing at any time in the app: open My Places, tap the place, then tap the delete icon. For anything else, or if you can no longer access your email, contact us at staycation@prohubapps.com.
